What if I can't log in?

You might not have an Xactware ID, or you might have forgotten your password.

To create an Xactware ID, go to the Xactware ID Management page.

To reset your password,

  1. Go to the Welcome to ClaimXperience page.
  2. Enter you email address.
  3. Click CONTINUE.
  4. Click OK in the You are leaving ClaimXperience dialog box.
  5. Click Forgot your password? at the bottom of the login screen.
  6. Enter your email address.
  7. Click RESET PASSWORD.

ClaimXperience passwords are verified through Verisk and must be reset every 90 days. Users are redirected to https://identity.verisk.com for password verification and to reset their passwords.
