Administrator: How do I let policyholders and team members access live calls via the web?

  1. Click Settings in your Administration menu.
  2. Click COLLABORATION.
  3. Click the Enable Live Call switch in the Video Collaboration card.
  4. Click the Allow live call to be accessed via the web (when supported by the user’s device) switch.
  5. Click SAVE.
