Primary contact: How do I change my policyholder's preferences?

  1. Click Edit in the Policyholder Preferences card on your dashboard.
  2. Change the Policyholder Preferences as requested by the policyholder.
  3. Click Update.
Team members are notified when policyholder preferences have been updated and a pdf documenting the update is stored on the primary contact’s Files page.
