Administrator: Specify reports to automatically send task assignees

Reports are only auto-shared with the task assignee if the estimate amount is configured to show in the Workflow section on the AUTOMATION page.
- Click Custom tasks in your Tasks menu.
- Click the vertical ellipsis
for the damage assessment automation task with reports that you want to have automatically generated. - Select the Edit pencil icon
. - Click Automation.
- Switch the Damage Assessment Automation toggle on.
- Enter the required information in the Header, Model Statements, and Reports card.
- Select the reports you want to have automatically generated.
- Select the reports you want to have automatically shared with the task assignee.
- Select the workflow information in the Workflow card.
- Click Save.
