- General Collaboration
- Messages: Allow policyholder and team members to send and receive messages
- Shared Calendar: Allow policyholder and team members to access the Shared Calendar page and widget

- Enable Live Call
- Allow live call to be access via the web (when supported by the user's device) --BETA--: Doesn't require the ClaimXperience app to be downloaded
- Allow video collaboration to remotely control the policyholder's device: Includes taking pictures, recording video, and turning on flashlight
- Enable a picture-in-picture view of the adjuster on the policyholder device: Requires a camera on the adjuster's computer
- Allow the adjuster to invite multiple viewers to a live call: Viewers can communicate via voice or chat
