Administrator: What options can I make available to policyholders and team members?

  • General Collaboration
    • Messages: Allow policyholder and team members to send and receive messages
    • Shared Calendar: Allow policyholder and team members to access the Shared Calendar page and widget
  • Video Collaboration
    • Enable Live Call
      • Allow live call to be access via the web (when supported by the user's device) --BETA--: Doesn't require the ClaimXperience app to be downloaded
      • Allow video collaboration to remotely control the policyholder's device: Includes taking pictures, recording video, and turning on flashlight
      • Enable a picture-in-picture view of the adjuster on the policyholder device: Requires a camera on the adjuster's computer
      • Allow the adjuster to invite multiple viewers to a live call: Viewers can communicate via voice or chat
      • Starting resolution
  • Policyholder Collaboration
    • Policyholder Invite: Allows Primary Contact or a Claims Admin to invite the policyholder to the ClaimXperience project
      • Policyholder Preferences: Allow Policyholder to set Personal Preferences within the portal
      • Current Satisfaction: Allow policyholder to set Current Satisfaction level
