Administrator: Prevent sending messages within ClaimXperience

  1. Click your name at the top of your dashboard.
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Click Settings in your Administration menu.
  4. Click COLLABORATION.
  5. Click the Messages switch to off in the General Collaboration card.
  6. Click SAVE.
