Team member: Missing live call invitations
Make sure you have the correct email address or mobile phone number for the policyholder.
If the email address and phone number are correct, the invitation may have been blocked as a safety feature or sent to a spam folder, or the policyholder may have unknowingly blocked or disregarded it as a message coming from a phone number they didn't recognize. Have the policyholder check to see if they did receive the invitation but weren't aware of it.
If you need to resend the invitation,
- Click the project in your Claims Library.
- Click the Resend Invite redo icon above your Main menu.
- Confirm your policyholder's contact information.
- Click Send.
