Administrator: Submitted DAA tasks

When a damage assessment automation (DAA) task is submitted,

  • An estimate is automatically generated and, based on the task's configuration, the estimate total is displayed for the policyholder to accept or decline.
  • Primary contacts can review estimate details so they can know the actions they can take next.
  • Generated reports are added to and accessible from within ClaimXperience, as configured in the task settings.
  • Reports designated to be shared with the task assignee are automatically shared upon task completion.
