Primary contact: When can I hide or unhide team members from the policyholder's view?

You can hide or unhide team members at the time they are invited to a project or at any time during the claim process. You can see which team members are hidden by clicking on the Team Members tab and noting who is under the Hidden from Policyholder section.

If hiding the Primary Contact, they will only be hidden from the policyholder if one or more non-hidden team members exist.
