Primary contact: Provide feedback about missing or misidentified hazards

- Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
- Click the image displaying an alert triangle
to open the File Details drawer. - Click Analytics.
- Click the exclamation mark in a dialog bubble icon
on the Hazard Recognition card. - Select the check box for the identified or missing hazard that needs to be corrected or included.
- Provide any needed comments.
- Click Submit.
