Download a single file

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Open file options menu [Open file options menu button] on the file you want to download.
  3. Select Download.

Download multiple files

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Select file [ Select file check box ] on the files you want to download.
  3. Click Download [ Download button ] in the toolbox below your name.

Download all files

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Select Download [ Download button ] from the toolbox below your name.
