Administrator: Automatic triggers explained

Updated by Jennifer B.

An automatic trigger is a response to an event that causes a custom task to be sent. For example, enabling the "Company resource invited to the project" trigger causes the selected task to be assigned to the company resource added when that resource is invited to the project.

Automatic triggers apply to those projects created after the trigger is enabled. If you disable a scheduled trigger, those projects created while the trigger was enabled will still send the task.
