Please note that messages added here go to the software development team and not to your insurance provider. If you have feedback about your claim process or require immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to your insurance adjuster directly. We appreciate your input!

Communicating with team members working on your claim is a critical part of resolving your project. The ClaimXperience Messages feature provides a way for you to communicate with those team members throughout the life of your claim.

The Messages feature gives your insurance company access to all messages sent through ClaimXperience. Other team members can only view messages if they are chosen as recipients. You receive a notification and message whenever a team member selects you as a message recipient.

All messages sent through ClaimXperience stay with their projects, even if the project is canceled, completed, or archived. Messages cannot be removed from a project. If you feel inappropriate or confidential information has been uploaded, please contact your primary contact.

You only see the Messages option if your insurance company has enabled it.
