How do I know if I have new messages in ClaimXperience?

If the person sending the message includes you as a recipient, you receive a notification with the message included.

Nothing; all messages stay with your claim.

Your insurance company has access to the messages you send using ClaimXperience. Team members working on your claim can view messages if you include them in the conversation.
