Team member: How do I unlink a ClaimXperience project from an Xactimate instance?

Option 1

  1. Click Team Members in your Main menu.
  2. Click Team member actions [vertical ellipsis button] on your contact card.
  3. Select View Xactimate link.
  4. Click Unlink.
  5. Click UNLINK in the Unlink from Xactimate confirmation dialog box.

Option 2

  1. Click View all in the Team Members card on your dashboard.
  2. Click Team member actions [] on your contact card
  3. Select View Xactimate Link.
  4. Click Unlink.
  5. Click UNLINK in the Unlink from Xactimate confirmation dialog box.
