Administrator: How do I set the damage assessment automation (DAA) workflow?

  1. Click Custom tasks in your Task menu.
  2. Find the task you want to configure for damage assessment automation (DAA).
  3. Click the Open actions menu vertical ellipsis .
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Click Automation.
  6. Switch Enable this task for Damage Assessment in the Damage Assessment Automation card to on.
  7. Enter the required information in the Header, Model Statements, and Reports card.
  8. Select the desired reports.
  9. Select the reports you want to have automatically shared with the task assignee.
  10. Click Save.
