All ClaimXperience form templates in their original state meet the WCAG 2.1, level AA standard for accessibility. This means that users of screen reader, visual, and keyboard navigation can more successfully use the portal and complete forms.
If you edit form templates, you will need to take the necessary steps to ensure changes made align to the WCAG standard.
