- Trip/fall hazards
- Damaged roof
- Impact marks
- Missing shingles
- Tarp present
- Overhanging/touching tree
- Unfenced pool
- Pool slides and diving boards
- Trampolines
- Damaged soffit, fascia, and eaves
- Electrical hazards: panel fuses Heating system hazards: wood-burning stove
- Damaged fences
- Damaged interior walls
