Team member: Link to and unlink from an Xactimate instance

If you create a ClaimXperience project via Xactimate, the project and instance are linked automatically
Link to an instance
- Select Team members from your side navigation menu
or View All in the Team members card on your dashboard.
This takes you to the Team Members page.
- Select the Team member actions icon on your contact card.
- Select Link to Xactimate.
- Open the Xactimate instance list by clicking or tapping the Xactimate instance line. The list only contains the instances you have access to.
- Select the instance with the project you want to link to.
- Enter the name of the project into the Project search field. Auto-fill options appear as you type.
- Select the Xactimate project from the list that appears.
- Select Link.
Unlink from an instance
- Select Team members from your side navigation menu
or View All in the Team members card on your dashboard.
This takes you to the Team Members page.
- Select the Team member actions icon on your contact card.
- Select View Xactimate link. This opens a pre-filled Link to Xactimate drawer.
- Select Unlink.
- Select Unlink in the Unlink from Xactimate? confirmation dialog.
