What if I can’t find or remember the API key?

Once your API key has been placed in your code, your developers should be able to retrieve it. However, if your API key is lost or irretrievable, you will need to generate a new one and have your developers update their calls accordingly. Generating a new API key will interrupt any pre-existing ClaimXperience API services until your developers have completed updating their API calls.

A new API key should only be generated in close coordination with your company’s development team.
