Administrator: How do I create a custom message that displays when a team member starts a live call?
- Click your name at the top of your dashboard.
- Select Administration.
- Select Settings from your left-side Administration menu.
- Click the Collaboration tab.
- Click the switch for Prompt the initiator with a custom message at the beginning of the call to on.
- Enter the custom message.
- Select Save.
