Administrator: How do I create a custom message that displays when a team member starts a live call?

  1. Click your name at the top of your dashboard.
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Select Settings from your left-side Administration menu.
  4. Click the Collaboration tab.
  5. Click the switch for Prompt the initiator with a custom message at the beginning of the call to on.
  6. Enter the custom message.
  7. Select Save.
