Administrator: How do I create a team resource?

  1. Click your name.
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Click Resources in your Administration menu.
  4. Click Add resource.
  5. Select Team as the Resource Type.
  6. Enter a team name.
  7. Enter a customer-facing team name.
  8. Search for and select team members.
  9. Select the desired settings, if any.
  10. Select the desired notifications, if any.
  11. Click Add.
