How do I choose the types of notifications I want to see in the portal?

In-app notifications are removed from the Notifications drawer and the Notification History after 30 days.

Option 1

  1. Click on your name at the top of your screen.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Click Notification Preferences.
  4. Select the tick boxes for the notifications you want to receive in the portal and those you would like to receive as emails.

Option 2

  1. Click at the top of your screen.
  2. Click .
  3. Select the tick boxes for the notifications you want to receive in the portal and those you would like to receive as emails.
Some notifications are dependent upon a feature being enabled on the account.
All in-app notifications will be available in your notification history, but only selected notifications will alert you and be available in your notification alert drawer.
