Contents Collaboration: What if I need help with my loss inventory?

You can invite your claim representative to see your loss inventory. If they accept the invitation, they will only see the inventory and won't be able to make any changes.

Invite your claim representative

  1. Select Claim Rep View from your Tools menu.
  2. Select Activate.
  3. Send or read the activation code to your claim representative.
  4. Your claim representative enters the activation code at to access a read-only version of your inventory.
Only you can make and save changes to your loss inventory.
You can also use the Inventory Suggestions at the bottom of the Loss Inventory page to help you build your inventory.
