Team member: What if I forget my account password?

  1. Go to the Welcome to ClaimXperience log in page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Click Forgot your password? at the bottom of the login screen.
  5. Enter your email address.
  6. Click Reset password.

ClaimXperience passwords are verified through Verisk and must be reset every 90 days. Users are redirected to https://identity.com/ for password verification and to reset their passwords.
