Policyholder: Finding and filtering files

When you use the Filter files option you select the types of files you want to see. This reduces the number of files that are displayed, which makes it easier to find the file you need. You can use more than one filter at a time, which further reduces the number of files that display.

Filter files
  1. Select Files from your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Open the filter options using the Filters: default selections icon .
  3. Select the type of filter you would like to use. Options include file type, labels, and sources.
  4. Select the filter option.
  5. Click outside the filter option list to save the change.
Reset filter
  1. Select Files from your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Open the filter options using the Filters: default selections icon .
  3. Click the Reset button or the Reset filter icon on the filter type.
Hide filter types if no filters are in use
  1. Select Files from your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Hide the filter options using the Filters: default selections icon .

This does not reset filters.
  1. Select Files from your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Hide the filter options using the Filters: custom selections icon .
