What to do if the policyholder isn't receiving the invitation to participate in a collaboration
Make sure you have the correct email address or mobile phone number for the policyholder.
If the email address and phone number are correct, the invitation may have been blocked as a safety feature or sent to a spam folder, or the policyholder may have unknowingly blocked or disregarding it as a message coming from a phone number they didn't recognise. Have the policyholder check to see if they did receive the invitation but weren't aware of it.
If you need to resend the invitation,
- Click the project in your Claims Library.
- Click Resend Invitation () above your Main menu.
- Confirm your policyholder's contact information.
- Click Send.
