How do I update my level of satisfaction if it changes?

Your insurance company must have made this feature available to you before you can use it.
  1. Click EDIT in the My Current Satisfaction card on your dashboard.
  2. Move the My Current Satisfaction selector to your current satisfaction level.
  3. Enter or change your comments.
  4. Select the team members you want to know your level of satisfaction if you do not want the information shared with all team members.
  5. Click SAVE.
Team members receive an email notification with your current satisfaction level and comments, allowing them to address any concerns before the claim’s conclusion.
