Please note that feedback added here goes to the software development team and not to your insurance provider. If you have feedback about your claim process or require immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to your insurance adjuster directly. We appreciate your input!

If you are having trouble building your loss inventory, you can ask your claim representative to look at your inventory with the Claim Rep View by using the instructions in the How do I let my claim representative see my inventory? help article. Keep in mind that only you can make changes to your inventory when you and your claim representative are using the Claim Rep View. After your inventory has been submitted, your insurance company can make updates.

The Inventory Suggestions section at the bottom of the Loss Inventory page can also help by giving you examples of items that might otherwise be overlooked.
