Policyholder: How do I choose who gets to see my current level of satisfaction?
Your insurance company must have made this feature available to you before you can use it
- Move the My Current Satisfaction slider on your dashboard.
- Add any comments you have in the Additional comments... dialog box.
- Select recipients with whom you want to share your satisfaction information.
- Click SHARE.
Team members receive an email notification with your current satisfaction level and comments, allowing them to address any concerns before the claim’s conclusion.
