Policyholder: What if I don't get any videos or snapshots from a live call?

If the video wasn’t recorded and no snapshots were taken:

  • Make sure the live call participants allowed access to their camera, microphone, and location services after they downloaded the app.
  • Confirm that live call participants are familiar with the application controls and were able to select the correct video and photo controls.
