How do I find items in my personal property inventory?
Find items in your personal property inventory
- Select Personal Property from your My Tasks menu.
- Select Search and filter items
under your name. This opens the Search and filter drawer. - Enter the description of the item, or the room in which it was located, in the Search inventory field.
- Select Apply. The search results include the items matching the entered terms.
You can sort the search results by hovering over the Description, Quantity, Room, or Last modified column heading and selecting the up-pointing arrow.
Filter items in your personal property inventory
- Select Personal Property from your My Tasks menu.
- Select Search and filter items
under your name. This opens the Search and filter drawer. - Enter the description of the item, or the room in which it was located, in the Search inventory field.
- Select the filter condition. The filter condition lets you specify whether you want the results to contain the search terms and whether the results should contain any or all search terms.The filter condition is not the physical condition of the item you are trying to find.
- To further narrow down the filter results, select one of the options under the Item criteria to filter my list.
- Select Apply.
You can sort the search results by hovering over the Description, Quantity, Room, or Last modified column heading and selecting the up-pointing arrow.
