Primary contact: Use Verisk RealTwiin™ Characteristics

Once your administrator has enabled Verisk RealTwiin™ Characteristics, there are three ways to request images.

If your administrator has set up automation for Verisk RealTwiin™ Characteristics, the request for images is sent when you create a project.

If the image request is not automatically sent, you have two options for manually submitting the request.

Manually request Verisk RealTwiin™ Characteristics images when you create the project

  1. Click Create new project.
  2. Enter information in the General, Contact Info, and Policy tabs of the Create a New Project drawer.
  3. Click the Actions tab.
  4. Select the Request RealTwiin™ Characteristics checkbox.
  5. Click Create.

Manually request Verisk RealTwiin™ Characteristics images for an existing project

  1. Click Services in your Tasks menu.
  2. Click Request.
