Team member: How do I know how satisfied my policyholder is with the way the project is progressing?
If enabled by your administrator, policyholders have a My Current Satisfaction box on their dashboard where they can report how they feel about the work on their project. After policyholders share their satisfaction with the primary contact and selected team members, the primary contact and team members receive email notification with comments and the policyholder’s satisfaction level. The notification to the team members either informs them that the policyholder is happy with the project process or allows team members to address the policyholder’s concerns before the project is resolved.
