Policyholder: Personal preferences

Personal preferences in ClaimXperience provides a way for you to let your project team know when yo u are available for meetings or calls, how you prefer to be contacted, and any other notes that might help the team members working with you.

Your project team members receive notifications when you change your personal preferences to help them stay up-to-date on your needs and expectations. Changes you make to your personal preferences are also reflected on your dashboard.

If you are unable to change your personal preferences, the primary contact of your project can make changes for you.
Add or update your personal preferences
  1. Click Edit in the Personal preferences card on your dashboard.
  1. Set any or all personal preferences.
  1. Select Update.
