Policyholder: Personal preferences

Personal preferences in ClaimXperience provides a means for you to inform your project team when you are available for meetings or calls, how you would like to be contacted, and any other notes that might assist the team members collaborating with you.

Your project team members receive notifications when you alter your personal preferences to help them stay up-to-date on your requirements and expectations. Changes you make to your personal preferences are also reflected on your dashboard.

If you are unable to change your personal preferences, the main contact of your claim can make changes for you.
Add or amend your personal preferences
  1. Click Edit in the Personal preferences card on your dashboard.
  1. Set any or all your personal preferences.
  1. Select Update.
