How do I unlink a ClaimXperience project from an XactAnalysis assignment?

Any previously linked content will still be visible within XactAnalysis, but once unlinked no new content will be sent.

Option 1

  1. Click Team Members in your Main menu.
  2. Click vertical ellipsis [vertical ellipsis] on your contact card.
  3. Click View XactAnalysis Link.
  4. Click UNLINK.
  5. Click UNLINK in the Unlink from XactAnalysis? confirmation dialogue box.

Option 2

  1. Click VIEW ALL in the Team Members card on your dashboard.
  2. Click vertical ellipsis [vertical ellipsis] on your contact card.
  3. Click View XactAnalysis Link.
  4. Click UNLINK.
  5. Click UNLINK in the Unlink from XactAnalysis? confirmation dialogue box.
