How do I see what task is associated with a form?

- Click your name at the top of your dashboard.
- Select Administration.
- Click Forms in your Tasks menu.
If the form is associated with only one task, it is listed in the Associated Task column. If it is associated with more than one task, the number of tasks is identified in the Associated Task menu.
