Administrator: Why use API keys and usernames

The user name and API key are used to authenticate your application’s communication with ClaimXperience, so you must have them if you plan to send information from your company’s application directly to ClaimXperience. The API key and user name must be saved before you can connect with ClaimXperience, which allows you to perform such actions as creating a ClaimXperience project prefilled with the customer’s information you have in your company’s system.
