Hidden team members
- Cannot share messages, videos, images, or documents with the policyholder
- Can share messages, videos, images, and documents with other team members, including the primary contact
- Cannot add events to the shared calendar but can view them
- Can be hidden or unhidden at any time by the primary contract or administrator
