How do I submit changes to a contents inventory?

If you are adding, editing, or deleting a single item in a contents inventory you should submit the change as soon as you make it. However, if you are making several changes all at the same time, submitting after every change may significantly increase the amount of time it takes to update the inventory, as the system refreshes after each submission.

  1. Select Contents in your Task menu.
  2. Edit the inventory as needed.
  3. Click Submit Changes.
  4. Click Submit in the Submit Changes confirmation dialog box.
When changes to the contents inventory have been submitted, team members are notified by email and a PDF of inventory changes is uploaded to the Files tab.
