Delete a single file

  1. Select Files from your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Select Open files option menu.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Enter the reason for deleting the file in the Delete content drawer.
  5. Select Delete.

Delete multiple files

  1. Select Files from your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Select the files using the Select files check box on each file.
  3. Select Delete selected files under your name at the top of your screen.
  4. Enter the reason for deleting the files in the Delete content drawer.
  5. Select Delete.
