How do I add a resource to a project?

Resources you add to a project receive an invitation to join the project.

Invite existing resource (individual – from company; team; or company resources)

Option 1

  1. Select Team Members in your Main menu.
  2. Click Add team member.
  3. Select the type of resource you want to add.
  4. Select the resource you want to add.
  5. Click Add.

Option 2

  1. Click View all in the Team Members card.
  2. Click Add team member.
  3. Select the type of resource you want to add.
  4. Select the resource you want to add.
  5. Click Add.

Invite individual external resources

Option 1

  1. Select Team Members in your Main menu.
  2. Click Add team member.
  3. Select Individual - external.
  4. Enter the resource's email address.
  5. Click the plus sign (plus sign).
  6. Click Add.

Option 2

  1. Click View all in the Team Members card.
  2. Click Add team member.
  3. Select Individual - external.
  4. Enter the resource's email address.
  5. Click the plus sign (plus sign).
  6. Click Add.
