Save a conversation made of multiple messages

Conversations are saved in PDF format and exported to the Files tab.

Option 1: Save selected messages

  1. Click the Messages tab in the General Collaboration menu on your dashboard.
  2. Click .
  3. Click Select.
  4. Click the check boxes of the messages you want included.
  5. Click .

Option 2: Save all messages (three steps)

  1. Click the Messages tab in the General Collaboration menu on your dashboard.
  2. Click .
  3. Click Export All to PDF.

Option 3: Save all messages (two steps)

  1. Click the Messages tab in the General Collaboration menu on your dashboard.
  2. Click .
