Policyholder: What if I can't remember my password?
- Go to the Welcome to ClaimXperience page.
- Enter you email address.
- Click CONTINUE.
- Click OK in the You are leaving ClaimXperience dialog box.
- Click Forgot your password? at the bottom of the login screen.
- Enter your email address.
- Click RESET PASSWORD.
ClaimXperience passwords are verified through Verisk and must be reset every 90 days. Users are redirected to https://identity.verisk.com for password verification and to reset their passwords.
