Administrator: How do I access a report that I requested?

After you request a report, you are sent a notification containing a link that allows you to download your report. This link is valid for 30 days, after which the report must be re-run.

Administrator: How do I know if an invoice has been processed?

You are notified when an invoice has been processed. A PDF copy of that invoice is added to your Documents tab, and the project's primary contact receives a notification.
