Team member: Who can see project messages?

The insurance company has access to all messages sent through ClaimXperience. Other project participants can only view messages if they are included as recipients.

If the person sending the message includes you as a recipient, you will receive a notification with the message included.

Select the Messages tab in the General Collaboration menu of your dashboard. Type your message in the Write a reply... field. Click Reply .
