How do I update my level of satisfaction if it changes?
Your insurance company must have made this feature available to you before you can use it.
- Click Edit in the My Current Satisfaction card on your dashboard.
- Move the My Current Satisfaction selector to your current satisfaction level.
- Enter or change your comments.
- Select the team members you want to know your level of satisfaction if you do not want the information shared with all team members.
- Click Save.
Team members receive an email notification with your current satisfaction level and comments, allowing them to address any concerns before the claim’s conclusion.
