What are Policyholder Preferences?

Policyholders set Policyholder Preferences to indicate when they will be available, how they would like to be contacted, and any other notes that might help their team members. Team members receive email notifications these preferences are updated, and the changes are also reflected the Policyholder Preferences card on team members’ dashboards.
