Team member: Share a personal property task

Participants with whom the personal property task is already shared cannot be selected. Participants are notified by email when a personal property task is shared with them.

Option 1: Share personal property task if no inventory is available

  1. Select Personal Property in your Tasks menu.
  2. Click Share Task.
  3. Select the desired recipients.
  4. Click Share.

Option 2: Share Personal Property task if an inventory is available

  1. Select Personal Property in your Tasks menu.
  2. Click below your name.
  3. Select Share Personal Property.
  4. Select the desired recipients.
  5. Click Share.
